RALLY OFFICERS MEETING AND CHARITY LUNCH
Sunday 5th February 2012

Programme: Doors open 12.30 for the Charity Lunch at 1pm.
This will be a two course hot lunch(vegetarian option available
but please indicate on rally slip).

Cost to be £6.00 per head with pro rata reduction for children.
For those not wishing to attend the Lunch the Rally Officers meeting
will commence at 2.30pm. Members running rallies in 2012 can collect
their rally packs. This is also an opportunity for all Centre members
who have not run rallies to come along and find out more about how
the Centre operates. this will be followed by 'HOLIDAYS 2012'
when Rally Officers running holiday rallies in 2012 will give members
details of these rallies and will have special booking forms available.
to help us with catering all bookings for the Charity Lunch must be
received by FEBRUARY 1st 2012. use a Centre slip for this purpose.

Route: from Gloucester take the A38 towards Tewkesbury.
Take Wainlodes turning on left (first left after Norton Plantaria
Garden Centre). Village Hall on left.

If you would like to attend just the Rally Officers meeting or
Holiday Meeting there is no need to send a booking slip - just turn up.
